On the nose : On a smooth and fresh nose, we get the rich complexity of the overmatured Chenin. The freshness of exotic fruit (mango, pineapple, kumquat) followed by notes of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg..)
brought by the oak.

On the palate, it is smooth with a zing finish. It reveals quince jelly, candied citrus fruit, followed with a slight nutty finish.
