Served at 10°c, this wine will become a gourmet, perfect accompaniment to :
• As an aperitif with cheese gougères (an 18-month-old Comté will do)
• Gouline, a speciality of Anjou (gourmet pleasure guaranteed)
• Sunday chicken, stuffed under the skin with a carrot-leaf butter (served with new potatoes and carrots).
• And a selection of dry goat’s cheeses and aged Comté cheeses.
Découverte sensorielle
Its color is a very intense seran yellow.
The nose is a continuation of what the eye has seen: promising and greedy !

Clair de Terre
Anjou Blanc – sans sulfites ajoutés

A newcomer to the sulphite-free range, it will surprise you and accompany every moment of your meal.

Tips for service and food & wind pairings
To be served between 10°C and 12°C.
Clair de terre can be excellent with cooked shellfish such as panfried scallops, steamed fish, fish sauerkraut, white meats with cream sauce, white pudding or even certain dry goat cheeses or mature comtés.
A sensory discover
Brilliant and almost gold in its colour.
This wine reveals aromas of stone fruits (apricots, peaches) and dried flowers (linden).
Hints of creamy and buttery notes continue on the palate by its malolactic fermentation (milky, caramel, butter). Smooth and velvety.
Terre de Haut

100% Chenin
To try it is to adopt it ! This could be the motto of this white Anjou. Lovers of Chenin and dry whites, look no further !

50% sandy-clay and 50% schist-sandstone.
Aging
This wine can easily be kept for 3 to 6 years, but it is also perfect to drink now.

Served between 7°C and 8°C (45°F to 46°F), Terre de Haut will be enjoyed with shellfish and raw fish with lemon or other seafood based dishes and dry goat cheese.
A sensory discovery
A nice lemon colour with medium intensity.
Hints of citrus, linden, honeysuckle and citronella on the nose, white aromas of white fruits, especially pear.
Rounded and well balanced on the palate.

A sensory discovery
An intense gold yellow tint.
On the palate, it is smooth with a zing finish. It reveals quince jelly, candied citrus fruit, followed with a slight nutty finish.
