It is nice to drink during its first years, but can easily be kept up to 5 years.

Tips for service and food & wine pairings

Served between 14 and 16°c (57°F and 61°F), Les Terres Rouges will accompany river fish with a red wine sauce.

It can be tasted with charcuterie, rillettes, smocked ham and grilled pork and beef carpaccios. We also enjoy it with soft cheese (reblochon, brie, camembert).

2014 : 100% Cabernet Franc 

Precious as a ruby, Champ Noir is to be discovered and tasted… Admire its roundness, its smoothness and enjoy !

Aging

This wine will continue to evolve for 3 to 5 years but it is also perfect to drink now. 

Tips for service and food & wine pairings

Served between 15°c and 17°c (59°F and 63°F) with an aeration of one hour before tasting.
Champ Noir 2014 will accompany stewed meats such Bœuf Bourguignon or grilled beef. You can also have it with black pudding or river fish wich are also a nice pairing. Soft cheeses also match perfectly with this wine, such as Reblochon, Camembert or Brie.

A sensory discover

Its intensity is medium-deep with a ruby colour.

It is particularly smooth, we can sent fresh red berries (cherry, strawberry, raspberry…) and flowers (iris, violet..)
followed with hints of green pepper and fern.
Le Champ Noir offers velvety tannins with a core of red berries brought by a nice maturity of the grapes, and a long and delicate press.

Jean-Joseph is a wine to be kept. It can be left for up to 10 years in your cellar.

Tips for service and food & wine pairings

Served between 15°c and 17°c (59°F and 63°F) with an aeration of one hour before tasting.

Jean Joseph 2017 will accompany stewed or grilled meats and will match perfectly with soft cheese.

A sensory discover

A stunning deep purple colour, almost black in its center.

It brims with smooth aromas of black fruits (cassis, blackberry, blueberry), caramelized alongside soft aromas such as vanilla or oak.
A hint of violet enhances the aromatic complexity and brings some zing to the wine.
The wine is smooth yet powerful, it can be paired with many tasty dishes due to its high intensity.

East-Side is an atypical wine to drink in the summer. A round and light wine that you can enjoy with charcuteries, grilled meats and barbecues.

Aging

Yet it has no sulphites added, it can easily be enjoyed up to seven days after it has been opened. It is however at its best in its young years.

Served between 13°C and 15°C (55°F and 59°F).

You will enjoy it as an aperitif. So’Nat is easy to drink by its roundness and lightness. It will be appreciated with grilled meats.

Lulu can go very well with deli meats (charcuteries) or summer salads. Full of freshness, it will be the perfect ally for vegetarian cuisine : chickpeas or beetroot hummus, falafels, herb pesto, vegetable lasagnas…

Winter season (mid-September to Easter)
Monday to Saturday* : from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm

Closed on Sundays and holidays.
